PERIVALLON is a project funded by the European Union (‘Project’).

The Website is hosted and managed by DRAXIS Environmental S.A. (‘ DRAXIS’) established in Greece, a partner of the PERIVALLON Consortium

This Statement is provided to the visitor and/or user of the website (‘User’).

The content of this website is produced by the PERIVALLON consortium and is maintained to provide Users with access to information about the Project activities and to disseminate Project results.

All the material, including images, data, information, logos, videos, in the Website is owned by the partners of PERIVALLON consortium, or the consortium as agreed among the parties and it is subject to copyright. and the material reflects only the authors’ view and not the European Union’s. Views and opinions expressed are however those of the author(s) only and do not necessarily reflect those of the European Union or the European Research Executive Agency (REA). Neither the European Union nor the granting authority can be held responsible for them.By accessing, browsing, or using the Website (including any services, whether from PERIVALLON website or third parties), the User declares that they have read, understood, and therefore agreed to be bound by this Statement and its laws and regulations. When visiting the Website, PERIVALLON website collects and processes Data of Users that may be deemed as personal (e.g. IP-address). PERIVALLON website also collects and processes Personal Data of Users when a User contacts PERIVALLON through the pre-defined contact form in the website or via e-mail. In this case, PERIVALLON collects the following personal information: your name and e-mail address. Regarding the subscription to the newsletter of PERIVALLON, the User provides only their email address in order to receive the newsletter.

This constitutes a justified interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) and (c)) GDPR.

Personal Data are used by PERIVALLON solely for the purpose of statistical analysis and functioning of the website, unless the information involves personal details going beyond master data or usage data.

PERIVALLON may retain communications provided by a User when completing the contact forms on the Website or when sending an email to, in order to process the inquiries, respond to requests and improve the Website or to give the Users some assistance regarding PERIVALLON’s services. PERIVALLON will also work with various companies, which will help PERIVALLON analyse the use of the Website, and to optimize the Website to deliver the best possible experience.
